Instructions
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Transfer the beef to the slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and diced tomatoes.
Pour in beef broth and add salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Serve hot and enjoy!

This recipe is very versatile! Feel free to add other vegetables like peas, green beans, or bell peppers.
