Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef lean preferred
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 potatoes cubed
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14 oz

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Transfer the beef to the slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and diced tomatoes.
  • Pour in beef broth and add salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is very versatile! Feel free to add other vegetables like peas, green beans, or bell peppers.
