Tofu

firm tofu
pressed and cut into cubes

cornstarch

Instructions
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side), then remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, green chili, and green onion until fragrant.
Add the crispy tofu back to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
Drizzle with sesame oil and toss everything together.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-fry the tofu! You can also air-fry or bake it as a healthier alternative.
