Pillsbury’s Crescent Roll Taco Bake

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Toppings

  • sour cream for serving
  • diced tomatoes for garnish
  • chopped lettuce for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Unroll crescent dough and press into the baking dish to form a crust, sealing edges.
  • Spread the taco-seasoned beef over the dough.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Top with sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce before serving.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings such as jalapeños, olives, or guacamole for extra flavor!
