cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add the egg noodles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well, then cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter and parmesan cheese.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a splash of heavy cream or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
