Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken:

  • Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Sauté the Shrimp:
  • In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • Lower the heat and melt the remaining 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and thyme.
  • Combine Chicken and Shrimp:
  • Return the chicken and shrimp to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Let them heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve and Garnish:
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
