Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 2 fillets salmon skin removed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Toppings

  • 4 tortillas small, corn or flour
  • 1/2 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Season the salmon fillets with chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Flake the salmon with a fork.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet.
  • Assemble tacos with salmon, cabbage, and cilantro.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
