Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
