Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Add the honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

This dressing can also be used as a dip for fresh vegetables or drizzled over grilled meats.
