Creamy Yogurt Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • Add the honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Notes

This dressing can also be used as a dip for fresh vegetables or drizzled over grilled meats.
