cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Place beef tips in the slow cooker.
Add beef broth, onion soup mix, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
Stir in heavy cream.
Mix cornstarch with water, then add to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce. Stir and let cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, you can sear the beef tips in a pan before adding them to the slow cooker. This will give them a richer taste.
