Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
