Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
